Why use Web to Print technologies?
Web-to-print, also known as Web2Print or remote publishing, is a commercial prepress process that bridges the gap between digital content online and commercial print production. This online service is a streamlined, cost-effective way to order and print your business materials.
Who Benefits from Web to Print:
- Marketing departments
- Employees in charge of printed materials
- Sales representatives
- Human resources
- Franchise networks
- Office managers
- Accounting!
Picture having an online catalog of all your companies promotional materials for employees, managers, and your sales force to select from pre-determined marketing material, customize it, and then have access to online ordering and tracking!
Web-to-print solutions, or print on demand publishing, allow your company to control what promotional materials that your department managers, franchise operators, and clients have access to in order to make choices such as which marketing template to use and how many to create. But what if I need to make changes? No problem, make changes to fonts, layout, templates, design, images, etc, with a WYSIWYG editor. Web to print saves money because your company is only printing marketing material as needed.
Protect Your Image
Your Brand is important. By having all of your collateral marketing material in one place, with control over access and content, you can make sure that your image is the same between all of your locations or departments. Having all your locations and all of your employees accessing one-central printing center that you have complete control over means your clients sees a solid consistent company.
By using a web-to-print solution you can protect your logo and trademarks, the identity your company has built. And since all of your marketing material from brochures, business cards, stationary all have your logo and trademarks on them, they are worth protecting. Since users order from a catalog of pre-approved marketing and sales materials, you can make sure your brand, logo, and trade and service marks are all consistent throughout your organization.
Advantages of Web-to-Print Solutions
- Coordinate worldwide marketing efforts
- Web-to-print makes the entire process easier, more accessible, and cost-effective
- View and download PDF proofs
- Access powerful, dynamic reports and receive email updates
- Assign administrators to monitor and approve orders
- Define and analyze cost centers
